A Sunday with three cognacs

Poured Rémy 1738, Pierre Ferrand 1840 and Hine Rare VSOP side by side. The 1840 was brightest, the 1738 plushest, and the Hine had that wonderful brioche note. The winner? The one in my glass at the end of the evening.
