Fresh cane, vanilla, pineapple, spice.
Palate
Cane sweetness, banana, cinnamon, toasted oak.

Long, dry, gently peppery.
Aging process
Aged at least four years in ex-bourbon barrels.

Macouba, in the north of Martinique, on the slopes of Mount Pelée.
