THE STORY

One of the oldest family distilleries in Jalisco, Siete Leguas uses a stone tahona and old-style methods to make a clean, vegetal and mineral blanco with great balance.

Nose

Fresh agave, green pepper, citrus, wet stone.

Palate

Bright and herbal; sweet agave, lime and mineral notes.

Finish

Medium, clean and peppery.

Aging process

Unaged blanco.

Terroir & region

The cooler, higher Los Altos region of Jalisco, where agave grows larger and sweeter.
