Structure
THE STORY
A traditional Gran Reserva that spends many years in barrel and bottle before it ever leaves the cellar, so it arrives ready to drink — tender and complex.
Dried cherry, vanilla, coconut, cedar and leather.
Silky and savoury; red fruit, spice and mellow tannin.
Long, soft and warming.
At the table
Roast lamb, jamón ibérico, manchego and grilled chorizo.
How it is made
Aged around four years in American oak barrels that are racked by hand, then more years in bottle before release.
Terroir & region
High-altitude vineyards in Rioja Alta, with chalky clay soils and cool nights.
