THE STORY
Plymouth Gin has been distilled since 1793 in a former monastery. Seven botanicals give a softer, rounder profile than London dry.
Nose
Juniper, orange peel, coriander, earthy root.
Palate
Round, citrusy, with soft spice.
Finish
Short, clean and slightly sweet.
Aging process
Unaged. Seven botanicals macerated and distilled in a copper pot still.
