THE STORY

Woodford’s pot-still bourbon is finished in a second new barrel that is heavily toasted and lightly charred — adding dessert-like richness.

Dark chocolate, vanilla bean, toasted marshmallow.

Palate

Rich caramel, cocoa, roasted nuts.

Finish

Warm and long with dark sugar.

Aging process

Fully matured bourbon is transferred to a second new oak barrel for extra maturation.
