WHAT IT IS
Level 3 gives an in-depth look at Scotch, Cognac, Armagnac, rum, tequila, mezcal, vodka and gin, and trains you to taste and describe spirits systematically. It is often the closest formal credential for agave spirits, since few programmes focus on tequila or mezcal alone.
